Agreement to Terms

TaxiBots provides a platform for booking taxi services, including local rides, airport transfers, outstation travel, and corporate solutions in and around Hosur. We act as an intermediary connecting passengers with independent taxi drivers or car owners.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during booking.
• You must ensure the safety and appropriate behavior of all passengers in your party.
• You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by you or your party.
• You agree to pay all applicable fares, tolls, and other charges as per our tariff.

3. Booking and Cancellations

• Bookings can be made via our website form, WhatsApp, or phone call.
• Cancellation policies may vary based on the type of booking and notice period. Please inquire at the time of booking for specific cancellation terms.
• TaxiBots reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, vehicle breakdown, or driver unavailability.

4. Payments

Fares are calculated based on our published tariff rates, which may include distance, time, vehicle type, and additional charges like tolls, parking, and night service fees. Payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking or by the driver.

5. Limitation of Liability

TaxiBots is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay incurred during the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee the availability of a taxi at all times or under all circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the TaxiBots website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TaxiBots and protected by copyright laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
